The Electronic CPD Log is available for downloading in the Members section of the website. If you are documenting your CPD activities in the Electronic Log your Independent Activities Log is incorporated within the Electronic Log and a separate sheet is not recquired.

If you are wishing to seek ASA endorsement for any CPD activity you are planning, please read the guidelines carefully, complete the application form and forward to the ASA office along with all required information as outlined in the guidelines
